No referral is needed for care at our office. However, there are many different individual plans and a small percentage of the time your insurance may require one. Our staff can help you obtain the necessary referral if need be. Moreover, we can write referrals internally if other types of care seem like the most effective course of treatment.
Dr. Shane Bethea is one of our two chiropractors at the clinic. He has been in practice since 2001 and is the owner of Coastal Complete Care.
Dr. Diane Schlick has been our medical director since 2015. She has many years of experience in medical primary care. She has an abundant knowledge of what it takes to provide great oversight of healthcare.
Dr. Christopher Lynn is also one our two chiropractors. He has been with Coastal Complete Care since 2015 and also completed his internship with us.
Hillary Byrd, ARNP is one of our nurse practitioners. She has been with us since 2014 and has taken care of patients in our community for many years.
Susie Bolton, ARNP, is a nurse practitioner that has worked with us since 2015. She has worked in healthcare for many years and is a great asset to our team of providers.
Our clinic has a unique blend of healthcare providers that doesn’t exist in many places. We have Walk-In Medical Acute Care, Chiropractic Care and Weight Loss under one roof. This unique combination is forward thinking in style.
While many healthcare providers don’t work together on a patient’s care, we pride ourselves on the fact that we have multiple specialties to rely on. Each provider works closely with the other to give our patients the best care possible.
Most problems are best dealt with in a consultation. Our staff are experienced in helping you decide whether the matter requires an appointment, urgent advice, return phone call from your doctor, or a trip to the ER.
For regular appointments we understand that certain circumstances happen. However, due to the shortage of appointments, we have introduced a policy whereby you may be billed a fee if an appointment is not cancelled with a 24 hour notice.
Most insurance plans are accepted. However, each plan is different. You can call the office at (850) 584-6000 and our staff would be more than happy to answer your questions.
